Return Process

Would you like to return a product? First, contact our customer service team to request the return form. Our representatives will guide you through the return procedure.

 

Return Conditions

You can return any product within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused and in perfect condition. Returns will not be accepted if the product has been actively used without a defect or issue.

 

Return Reasons & Processing

  • Incorrect product received → We offer a free exchange or a full refund.

  • Item damaged upon arrival → Send us photos immediately, and we will find a quick solution.

  • Product not received → Contact our customer service team to initiate an investigation.

  • Change of mind → Returns are accepted within the return period, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and verified, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). This process takes an average of 10 business days after the return has been received.
